Fruity Juicy

Surprise surprise! Think about it, with Burger King, McDonalds and KFC dominating every available space, who wants to go through the trouble of peeling a banner (sarcasm) when fast food is becoming available faster and faster.

The good news is that fruit juice is becoming more and more accepted as a part of the healthy five a day. 100% fruit juice contain the goodness of the whole fruit such as vitamin C, calcium, potassium and many more. Pure fruit juice contain no added sugar, only the natural sugar in the whole fruit*.

Although nothing beats fresh whole fruits, fruit juice is better than no fruit. 100% fruit juice is so convenient because it is ready available on supermarket shelves. And if you are feeling particularly adventurous, you can juice your own fruits!

Homemade fruit juice is simple delicious. Squeeze the fruit, chill overnight and enjoy after your breakfast in the morning. Perfect start to the day!
