After a long & pleasant night in bed, your body has most likely exhausted all its energy resource. Early in the morning is the best time to top-up again.

Next time your boss arrives at work gloomy draw up the courage (and risk your job) and suggest some breakfast (joke)! People who struggle to maintain their weight are usually ones who skip breakfast.
